Visit www.aetna.com > Find a doctor > Plan from an employer > Continue as a guest > Enter zip code > select the Plan’s network you would like to search. Your provider listing will include specific providers currently accepting your Aetna Health Plan. You must call and check with the provider before scheduling your appointment or receiving services to confirm if he/she is still participating in Aetna’s network.
Important Note for HMO Participants: Please provide the 6-digit Primary Care ID during your enrollment, otherwise a PCP will be automatically assigned to you by Aetna.
