We care about our employees, and our benefits are designed to help you balance work and life, while also supporting your family’s needs. This guide will help you understand the benefits we offer and how to sign up. Make sure you take the time to look at your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.

This guide explains your benefits choices and how to enroll. All benefits and your eligibility for them depend on the rules of the benefit plans, including group insurance contracts. These benefits apply to employees of Euromotors Auto Group. who qualify.

This guide is not a complete description of all the benefits and is not the official plan document. If there is any difference between this guide and the official plan documents, the official documents will be the ones that count. Euromotors Auto group can change any part of the company’s benefits plans at any time. This guide is not a guarantee of continued or future benefits or employment. Some benefits might need you to contribute money. Check your benefits materials for more details about each plan.

MEDICAL COVERAGE

Waev offers three (3) medical plans through Aetna, each including comprehensive pharmacy benefits. You pay your portion of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.

DENTAL COVERAGE

​Waev offers a Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO) plan through Mutual of Omaha. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.

VISION COVERAGE

Waev provides a vision coverage option through Mutual of Omaha with EyeMed’s network. Premium contributions are made conveniently via pre-tax payroll deductions.

COMPANY PAID BASIC LIFE

Waev Inc. offers benefit-eligible employees a $25,000 basic life insurance benefit through Mutual of Omaha at no cost.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

​Waev Inc. offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) that allow employees to use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses, with annual maximums of $3,300 and $5,000, respectively.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

Waev Inc. offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) for HDHP enrollees, allowing pre-tax contributions up to IRS limits to pay for qualified medical expenses, including doctor visits, prescriptions, and more.

VOLUNTARY DISABILITY PLAN

Waev Inc. offers voluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage through Mutual of Omaha, replacing up to 20% of weekly pay for 25 weeks and 60% of monthly pay for long-term needs.

VOLUNTARY WORKSITE PLANS

​Waev Inc. offers voluntary benefits, including Accident and Critical Illness insurance through Mutual of Omaha, providing financial protection for unexpected health events.
